Shaping Tech for the Classroom

For dabbling, I think the best idea is creating random software because teachers can create a program that may be helpful for students. This can lead other people to try making different programs and it may lead a new way of learning.

For old things in old ways, looking at assignments and work posted by the teacher is the best idea. You can just go on and look at it. If you missed that class, you can just print it and know what's going on in the class. And also if you like typing more than writing, you can type up your work and send it to your teacher. This can allow students to do less work and get better results.

For old things in new ways, using technology to show students demonstrations, flash animation is the best idea because by looking at them it will help the students understand it better and they don't have to read all about it.

For doing new things in new ways, allowing students to learn about nanotechnology, bioethics and such will help and also make the students think about various career pathways. By learning from real experts, students will get to learn a lot and experts are able to answer questions that normal teacher wouldn't be able to. Playing with technology possibly can open up many new ways to study and learn.
